I am, I am happy it’s not wordpress’ fault, I did close this call
It says:

I now think it’s a problem on my hosting provider side. So it’s not resolved by not caused by wordpress, or a plugin as far as I can tell.

I disabled all plugins except yours and used the 2017 theme.
Still no luck. I tried in IE and chrome, cleaned caches etc.When I press on the tab in help & settings the “.wivmtab” display: none; is not disabled. When I uncheck this style I do see the settings.
