Steve is there a plug in I can add to do this. I believe with Godaddy if you turn it on than it is automatic and I don’t want that because the theme breaks sometimes if not updated first

I am having an issue after upgrade that it doesn’t work now . I get no pop up

Only have it checked for the home page no in de bug mode and don’t see the pop up now on any device
It also doesn’t work in debug mode
Have taken out cookies on all browsers and no luck

Yes it was Krishna ….there has been one thing I have uncovered. I can log into url plus wp-config.php ok but not wp-admin.
i have contacted the host, they have not been supportive of wordpress and say there are no restrictions for the brute force attacks on the server. They say it is not server config.

I don’t know why I can log into the url+wp-config.php ok but not url+wp-admin
Everytime, I have to send an email to reset the password than it let’s me log in.
I am at a lose to what really to do here.
I have cleared browser of all cookies and shut it down and tried again.
same problem can’t get in on the wp-admin

I thought this might help in knowing I can get in with wp-config.php
It responds like the wp-admin used to.

I did have the limit log in yesterday and I deleted it today when I got in once. I did call godaddy and they are worthless. They said they didn’t have restrictions on …COuld this be a browser issue ….as I just had a developer friend say he logged in ok

I have tried admin, email, and database myphp and no attempt has been able to change it so I can log in.
I am not certain that when I installed limit attempts log in for security reasons if that changed something in the core files.
Anyone know if that could have done it?
I deleted that plug in and still not able to log in with another user

Elegant themes…they are great
But there is a lot of javascript on this…and apparently that is what is causing the # sign
I will notify them and find out why…it should show the page titles in the address bar….it doesn’t seem to matter what permlink I have….default or numeric…it doesn’t show
