I have the same problem. I use the latest version of the CyberSyn Atom/RSS aggregator and latest version of the WordPress.

CyberSEO, I am sure that no one pulls content from sites that are updated less frequently than once a year. Can you give us the option in the code or in the UI to determine a parameter for a range of posts that we want to check in search for duplicates.

Seting different update time for every feed will still at some point lead to a cron match. It could even lead to the launch of a cron while the other cron is active. Inserting a pause between two cron jobs will never lead to overlapping.

CyberSEO, I chose your plugin because it is best optimized than anyone I’ve tested. There are no unnecessary options in the plugin, no any other unnecessary things, there is only what’s essential needed.

But, there is room for two improvement:
1. On sites where there is posts published many years ago there is no need to check all these posts in search for duplicates, especially if it is a large number of posts.
2. Restricting the launch of cron on all feeds at once (especially if it is a large number of feeds) and inserting a pause of a few seconds between the two feed processing would relieve server resources.

I chose your plugin as the best and I do not want to use any other. I can hire someone else to do these improvements for me. On that way your plugin will not be better and WordPress community will not benefit.

I have problem with the server, when the plugin starts working my site becomes unreacheable.
