It seems like your website is in multiple languages. That is confusing.

It is just too much to look at. Set it up so it stops after a few seconds if you can because nobody is going to sit there and watch that.

The slideshow becomes annoying after about three seconds. It should stop. I wouldn’t list my email on the site. Instead use a contact form. It looks more professional, plus less spam too.

More interesting would be no stock photos. Anyone can put those online. Some personality would really go far. Now, your site feels like a doctors office with women in bathing suits.

What is your goal with your website?

Focus less on looks and more on the quality of the content. Write and post at least five days each week. Don’t give up writing. Keep writing and ask people for feedback, share on facebook and other social sites.

I like your about page and what you said about the how to get rich quick book. I think the “make money online” is a bit cliched by now.

I really love the large photos. It is what makes the site. I would SEO the page titles though.

The design is most certainly minimalist. That may or may not be a problem. If you want to grow your audience, you might want to have a translate button on your site, so people in other languages could read your blog.
The key is to stick with your writing and get feedback.
