The team logos everywhere in the background are very overwhelming. I don’t think you need to do that. It makes your background look like a very busy tablecloth.

It would be nice to be able to know what this website is about. I have been looking at your website and I see some photos, but I have now idea what the general theme or purpose of your website.
I would focus on that.

I would try to be more focused on the home page. There is a lot going on there, and I am not exactly sure what you want me to do there. Buy? Read? At this point I would focus less on selling and more creating a lot of great unique content.

Focus less on design and w3c and Much more on content quality and unique voice. Most people care much less about the look of your site than the actual content. Think of Google, a great site with virtually no design.
