I was eventually able to import but had too many issues with set up etc. and finally gave up and went with another plugin.
Good luck!
Hello @dimplemodi,
- Yes, and no. For testing purposes, I initially set all pages to be visible to everyone. Since this is a live site. Once I have everything configured and users imported, I was then going to “hide” pages to those who are not logged in. However, here ARMember Lite -> Content Access Rules, I initially set all pages to be visible to those with the free plan as well as those with no plan at all. But whether a user is logged in as a member or not, they are only able to see the home page.
- I am trying to import 3 users for testing. These users do not already exist. I’m only able to see the first one even when I change the order of the records in the file. I’m not able to select that record.
I’m at a loss.
Thank you for any suggestions.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Failed to send your message. Please try later…@pgilpat, Did you have to restore the entire database or only one table? I don’t see a table for Contact Form 7.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Failed to send your message. Please try later…The content on that link doesn’t really address this message.
“Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method.” It’s surrounded by a box that is somewhere between your yellow and orange.
Customers are getting this message and I verified by testing the form. I’m not sure why my content might be considered spam.
All of the fields contain valid content.
The descriptions for the yellow or orange boxes really don’t apply. Can you provide any further clues as to why we would be getting this message?

In reply to: [Math Captcha] Math captcha ERROR: Captcha time expired.I am having the same issue on a site. Any suggestions? There are no caching plugins being used.
Does the author ever respond to any of these requests?
@jarretc Jarret,
Thanks for the suggestions.
The problem ending up being that my /index.php had gone missing. I have no idea why or how but once I was able to upload that all was well. After ten years of WordPress I thought I had seen everything but this was a new one for me. Developing/coding is great for keeping one humble.
Have a wonderful weekend!
You should be able to find that url in the wp-config file.
Good luck if you haven’t resolved this issue yet.
I have the same problem. Did you find a solution?
Latest updates broke my site too. Host said to disable ithemes security. I did that and now can see the front end of site but can’t access the backend. I had used ithemes security plugin’s “hide backend” feature. No solution yet and Ithemes security is asking me to buy pro to get help removing all traces of the plugin.
Restoring the wp-config file didn’t help.
Sad, I’ve used this plugin for years.Has anyone else found another solution?
I too had a similar problem. However, restoring my wp-config didn’t do the trick. Very frustrating. I’m trying to completely remove ithemes security but can’t access my backend now.
That can be found in the “advanced” settings tab. Go to security > settings > advanced (look for “all | recommended | advanced” at the top right.
Good luck! (Recent updates completely took down one of my sites. Looking for alternative security plugin now. Asking me to buy pro to get help to remove ithemes security.)
I found a solution.
If I go in and uncheck the checkbox for “crop & resize images” in dimensions > show advanced options for the slider, it fixes the problem.

In reply to: [Flexi Quote Rotator] How can I use widget in two different sidebars? In looking through this support forum, it looks like it is not monitored by the plugin author.
For others who wanted to do the same thing, I was able to accomplish adding the rotator to muptiple sidebars/widget areas, by using the “Allow Shortcode in Text Widgets” plugin, then adding the shortcode to the widget.

I have it in two different sidebars. I’ve not yet played around with making them different in any way, so there could be more work to do to make the instances unique.
