Ok thanks however for some reason some of the icons do not show under different logins. For example I use google analytics dashboard. This works fine for the Administrator and shows on their dashboard but when I login as the Editor it does not show. Could you please advise?

ok the above worked thanks – I can’t see where I can permanently whitelist an IP address?

when I do that I need to “activate” the plugin which boots me out again immediately
