thanks however my custom fields are still not showing in the User Profile. In Ultimate Member I have added the custom fields to both the Registration Form and the Profile Form. On the right hand side I have selected YES for customise this form. Under Users there is an Ultimate Member heading but nothing is under the heading – none of my custom fields.

I’m really surprised it’s so hard! I am simply wanting to create a searchable member listing where the member profiles have custom fields! Right now the search options have stopped displaying and the profile listings custom fields can’t be edited. Can I pay for support without having to purchase all the plugin pack so that I can get this organised?

I also would like to know how to acheive this as the custom fields do not show in the wordpress user management when manually adding a new user?

same issue when I try to add a venue – I just get a blank page

also when I go to add a new event I get a blank page – the page does not load and I don’t get an error message?

other users are having the same issue so could you please resolve this from your end

I understand this however as I said we are not going to change the theme and do not have any plugins which are active that we are not using therefore even isolating a clash with a plugin is not going to assist as we are using all our active plugins.

yes it happened immediately – i have not been able to access from first installing the plugin. I have tested another administrator account and have exactly the same issue …

I checked all these options before submitting the support request. The user is the super admin. I uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin also. Please advise

this post is about renaming the admin page creating a 404 – that is no my issue. My issue is that I can not access the plugin settings page.
