I have turned off supercache and it is ok now. I’m interested in the pro version but I am worried that the layout is really unappealing – are you confident that it is vastly improved in the pro version?

I have changed the site themes and the error message is still present behind the pop up box.

Also I have checked your demo and the layout is much nicer than the plugin as it uses an add to cart button rather than the Yes / No button. Could you please advise how we use the add to cart button and also change the text of the pop up message?

resolved by replacing htaccess file

is there no other way to share the URL privately with you?

yes I tried this before posting – infact I even recreated the htaccess and the robots file. Sitemap is still saying it’s blank too! What can I do???

Thanks for the response. I am using WordPress 5.0.3 and Yoast 9.5.

Every plugin and theme on the site is running the most recent versions.

Yoast is not showing any issues however Google Search Console is showing two errors:

1/Crawl allowed?
No: blocked by robots.txt
Page fetch
Failed: Blocked by robots.txt

2/ Your Sitemap does not contain any URLs. Please validate and resubmit your Sitemap.

I am using the sitemap path from Yoast /sitemap_index.xml

There was no robots.txt file in my files. I went to tools > file editor and it did not create the file. I manually added the file to my sites root:

User-Agent: *
Allow: /wp-content/uploads/
Disallow: /wp-content/plugins/
Disallow: /wp-admin/
Disallow: /readme.html
Disallow: /refer/

Sitemap: https:/**mydomain**/sitemap_index.xml

Even after adding the robots file manually I am setting getting google errors that the site is blocked by the robots file and that the sitemap is empty ??

thanks it’s much better but the customer phone number title is Ph no and the text is large. It would be a much better layout if the phone number was smaller and “Ph no” was “Phone:”

I think it was an issue related to “user roles that can search”

Another question – how can I display the search results as listing in a table (ie with all the fields data showing in a row under headers) rather than in blocks. I don’t want the user to have to select the listing to then view the relevant details of the user.

this site is for listings created by the admin of the site and that can not be edited from the front end of the site. Users do not register for the site.

I have created a user role for this group of users.
I have created a new profile form and selected “yes” for apply custom settings for this form and selected the new role.

1/ On the frontend of the site when the user profile is selected it is blank ie none of the fields added show (email address, phone etc)??

2/ Under wp admin User – none of the custom fields added show (ie data can not be added). There is a heading for Ultimate User but no fields show under the heading??

I feel like what I am trying to do is very easy – add user fields to the user profile!
