In reply to: [Strong Testimonials] change which roles can approve pending testimonialsHi, thanks for the reply…
i just logged back into an editor account and I can now see that the testimonials submitted by the front end do appear after logging out and then back in again..
Apologies, I should have tested a bit more before raising ticket, it caught me unawares in a live turorial demo!
I will mark this as closed.
thanks again

In reply to: [MC4WP: Mailchimp for WordPress] Problem using with Site Origin Page Builderactually sorry, – Strong testimonials was a false lead.. conflict just between page-builder and this plugin.
unable to resolve – changing to an alternative.

In reply to: [MC4WP: Mailchimp for WordPress] Problem using with Site Origin Page Builderhaving tested further, I have observed that there is also interaction with another plugin i am using called Strong Testimonials…
The problem actually seems to need all 3 plugins active to cause the issues to display..
deactivating any one of the plugins seems to prevent the issue from occurring.
Hopefully you can see what is happening and help. TIA.
ok, thanks for the response.. I will update back if i find a way

daveHi – any progress on this??
please advise if you are trying to resolve, or if you have determined the problem is not related to post-grid?
As per my reply above, I deactivated your plugin on the test-site and can see there are no errors.
Do you want me to re-active post-grid so you can review/investigate?
Sorry to chase you, however this plugin is now causing a delay launching my client’s site.
regards
dave@jonmadof – hi – glad you got it sorted…
i thought it was clearing cache that sorted it and was just about to write that..(been using firefox all day) just logged in using chrome to test and it doesnt work for me there…
just read your updates.. and tried a private chrome window.. works there.
confirming cache issue for anyone else reading this !
GL folks..
Hi, thanks for investigating.
I have deactivated Post Grid plugin as requested on the test site.
I can’t see the error any more in console, and scroll is functioning again.
hope this helps.
regards
davehi, thanks for the reply.
The test site is a fresh install – only 4 plugins are installed: yours, ‘options for twenty seventeen’ ‘classic editor’ and ‘wordfence’.
I havent done anything unusual to the code, or changed the js of any plugin.
The ‘options for twenty seventeen’ plugin, implements the js scroll-to.
I dont really want to revert to an unsupported version, but good to know the option is there.
Are you saying that this bug is specific to my sites?
kind regards
daveHi, thanks for the reply.
I didnt realise that was an expand icon on the category sub-section!
I clicked on the update link after the update and it said ‘you are not authorised to view this page’ – I am admin on the site.
(using the expand button) I can now see that some of the post categories have been saved, but others have not – I have re-added these manually and all grids seem to be working now.
