My sitemap is back now although I cannot see all my categories in it even though I have selected Index for each category, (Zolder, try visiting the setup page for categories and ensure that auto detect is set to index), maybe because there are no articles in those categories yet that its not in the sitemap?

Found out the actual error, the category sitemap that is listed in the main sitemap does no exist so is defaulting to a 404 page. Does anybody know why the Yoast plugin in causing the category sitemap to fail?

I tried the conditional comment CSS, it shows in FF & Chrome but not when I look at IE, any reason why source code in IE is not showing the additional meta tags & conditional comment like you can see in other browsers?
