For everyone else using Yoast plugin.

1. Go to SEO>>TITLES & META
2. click on POST TYPES tab
3. under “Custom Post Type Archives” look for the “MEETINGS” entry. There you can change the TITLE meta and the DESCRIPTION meta for the top level 12-Step meeting list page.

Found a workaround for my theme.

padding-bottom: 50px;
}
