The best option currently available is form to post. This means that for each entry you can create a new post with the submitted form information. You can redirect the form after submission to the new post.

If you use a custom date format that includes the name of the day then you can use IF FIELD CONTAINS for example friday.

1. Add a step
2. Add the radio field inside this step
3. Edit the radio field and set Autoadvance to YES
4. Edit the breadcrumb and choose not to show it.
5. Save the form

1. Edit the form.
2. Edit the check field. While editing the field click on the check you want checked by default in order to make it checked.
3. Save the form with the checkbox checked in the editor.
