By default, hCaptcha auto-detects the user’s locale.
You can change it bij adding the “hl” parameter to the hCaptcha API url or add it to the render method in JS as an option.

For the next update I will provide a textfield where you can put in the language code provided by hCaptcha so you can force different languages for the hCaptcha widget.

Have you tried to enable reCAPTCHA compatibility under the fields ‘advanced’ tab?
I’ve also had this before on one of our own websites, and implemented this option to prevent that the other hCaptcha failed.

Can you please provide me some more info of on what versions you’re on with the plugins, and maybe a URL to the form so I can check the pages source?

I’ve rolled out a hot fix update for the plugin.
This will add a hidden field to validate the required state.

Did you remove the reCaptcha keys from the GF settings too?
Otherwise you can try to enable reCaptcha compatibility under the Advanced tab from your hCaptcha field.

Also I don’t know if your site is using a cache plugin? Then it can be that the script is maybe not updated.

Wanneer je nu op het hCaptcha veld klikt binnen de bouwfunctie van je formulier, vindt je onder het tab “Geavanceerd” nu de optie om reCAPTCHA compatibiliteit uit te schakelen.

Dit is nu de vervangende optie van onze oude manier om conflicten tegen te gaan wanneer reCAPTCHA op dezelfde pagina wordt gebruikt als hCaptcha.

Als het goed is zou de update voor jou het probleem al moeten oplossen, zonder dat je deze nieuwe optie aan of uit hoeft te zetten ??

Kleine update.

De fout zit in feite in de hCaptcha plugin zelf.
Je hebt daar een optie: Disable reCAPTCHA Compatibility

Deze optie blijft ingeschakeld, ook als je deze niet aangevinkt hebt.

In onze plugin zit nog de “oude” manier om niet in conflict te raken met Google reCaptcha, en deze wordt overruled door de nieuwe functie van hCaptcha.

Ik ga de nieuwe optie ook verwerken in onze plugin, zodat je reCaptcha comptabiliteit aan of uit kan zetten per pagina.

Waarschijnlijk een conflict met de andere hCaptcha plugin.
Ik zal ook eens wat test uitvoeren met de andere plugin ge?nstalleerd.
Het lijkt er op dat hij 2x hetzelfde script inlaadt voor de hCaptcha verificatie en daar op dan stuk gaat.

Een multipage formulier zou gewoon moeten werken, mits geen conflict met een andere plugin.

I made that decision, because that way you can have multiple hCaptchas on a page which you can track separate on your hCaptcha dashboard. For example when you have a contact form in the body and a newsletter opt-in in the footer.
