This plugin is great for functionality – when it works. Support for paid Pro users is unfortunately non-existent. We’ve had no reply or even acknowledgement after 7 days, despite two follow ups.
My suggestions are;
Publish response times and acknowledge tickets
Share other support questions to help users
Publish a changelog and development plan
In the short term we are going to have to abandon using this plugin and move to a competitor because we can’t function without a reliable plugin that is properly supported.
