Thank you for you help, but still no luck.
I did exactly as described in the link that you have provided me and it is still not working.

I basically copy your code from the link above and pasted into the functions.php file in my theme, and then used short-code
like: [email* your-email-confirm]

Message is being sent when both email are the same, but when they are different validation spinner is spinning without success, and any validation message.

Dear Marcin,

I am having exactly the same issue.

In the version 1.6.6.3 everything was working perfect, but stooped after 1.7.7 update.
I have added image row to the Fields Table, but when I am trying to add image(click-Select image) there just make it jump to the top of the page, and nothing else.

Could you please help to fix it.
