Please disregard this issue. I just realized that the specific networked site throwing the error had not been customized yet. I customized the login page and the error was gone.

I am changing it in the dashboard under settings>general>Site Title.

If I understand the second part of your answer, I need to edit the alternate desciption of the image on the top of the page?
