Thank you for your feedback. However, it seems that the issue is not related to the plugin, which only adds swatches to product attributes. You may want to try deactivating the plugin to isolate and test the issue again.

Unfortunately, it is not possible at this moment. However, WooCommerce has an option to hide out-of-stock products (including variations). You can try it.

Please go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory, It is the option Out of stock visibility.

I’m sorry for the late reply. Looks like your product page was built incorrectly. There is no add-to-cart form on the product page. The button on your product page is not the widget for the single product page.

Variation swatches can be displayed along with the add-to-cart form for single product pages only. You should edit your product page in Elementor and change the button to the correct widget.

Unfortunately, it is totally controlled by the importer plugin you are using. The plugin can’t auto-generate the data for swatches.
