Am running now.
It has been ‘sweeping’ the User sweep for about 1 hour and still running.
its says. There are a total of 57 Users and 737,348 User Meta.
I will leave it running and see what happens

So just to confirm.
i can use multisite, like this
i have my own domain ex: mydomain.com which i alone use,no one but myself accesses the back end / admin area. but i want to create another site for my friend, who has a business ex: hisdomain.co.uk i could effectively upgrade my wp account to multisite, create a site for him via my admin area, his website would be completely independent of mine, by that i mean have different apps and a different theme to mine, but still be accessible from the one admin area?
does that make any sense?
