The HTTP 550 error is probably NOT to do with the theme. It’s a permissions error. I’d try to fix it before you go upgrading the theme. Make sure your wordpress database and site is backed up!

But to upgrade the theme, maybe try removing the old theme then re-installing the new one.

It happens automatically now, it will automatically link to the first seven pages, and use the titles of these seven pages as the titles in the sliding headings.

Yes this is true, unfortunately with this theme the seven pages don’t work if they have sublinks for some reason. The way to get round this is to use the page links to plug-in. Just use the first seven pages as you’re sliding menu pages, and then point them to your real pages which will have submenus.

If you go to the support page mac-host.com/support there is an article that tells you how to remove the text so that you can put the text in the photos.

It’s because you need to have your server running php5 where the preg_replace function has an extra parameter. Any theme that uses the new parameter won’t work on PHP4.

This is all fixed in the newest version – the links are automatically made to the first 8 pages.

I see your problem!
Must be the way your provider is doing the domain name forwarding.

To get around this simply hard code the pages into the wordpress theme. ie put the whole url of the page you want to go to in the header.php file here:

<li class=”bk1″>/?cat=1″>Category 1

replace “<?php bloginfo(‘url’); ?>/?cat=1” with “https://TatianaTheDog.com/?cat=17&#8221; etc.

Yes it does work linking the URL’s to other pages.
