FYI! I had disabled and reactivate few plugin as below, the error disappeared.
1. Advanced Database Cleaner
2. Block Bad Queries (BBQ)
3. Plugin Organizer
4. wpDiscuz

Had tried remove the line called omgf_db_version, the problem still exist. I can’i find your plugin in the admin menu.

Thanks. It worked after all files in folder wp-content/uploads/wp-staging folder and disable OpCache at php.ini

Stop complete at copy files few times. Now cannot to reset.

FYI, previous version & 2.1.0 delete staging site was not worked.

I had manual deleted the staging site before update 2.1.0., but after updated 2.1.0 the deleted staging still appear in setting page.

Error log shown:
PHP Warning: file_put_contents(/xxx/yyy/public_html/img/wp-staging/delete_job_/test.cache): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /xxx/yyy/public_html/dir/wp-staging/apps/Core/Utils/Cache.php on line 113

Now proceed to create another new staging site.
