Actually, please disregard. The problem was that I had not switched on the fields and automatic calculation in the settings.

I might add though, it was not obvious that this was necessary, and it’s not covered in your demo video.

Just a note, that I can get around this problem by disabling the cache. However this only works on a live server. Disabling the cache on localhost recursively generates the error dialog.

Thanks for taking the time to reply, however in your email from October you said in response to my question about the divi version auto updating:

“Right now the automatic update feature is not available.”

Also, can you please tell me where in your marketing you mention that the pro version of the plugin conflicts with the Divi theme and builder and we need to install a different version? That would have saved me several hours of debugging.

And also, I don’t find it appropriate for you to use language like “if you’ve guts”. I think that speaks for itself really.

Hi,yes it does appear to fix the problem.

This update fails scans by security plugins because it is not an official release. Will you be including this fix in a general update?

I doubt there are many large website operators out there (me included) who would be willing to take the risk of downloading an un-official version of a plugin and installing it on our customer’s websites.
