Thank you for your interest, I have fixed the problem with adding new admin and everything went good, but now I have problems with my website which I don’t know from where it comes if you could help me with this.

I’m still working on these errors for 4 days with no luck, could you just have a look at the website dashboard to just inform me what is going on on my website?

I have updated the revslider and the error is gone, but I’m still facing the other errors I don’t know what caused that.
Regarding the folder and files permission in ftp I already have done it, but the function.php after editing it with the checkbox for reading and writing it changes again itself.

Thank you for your reply, but if I have removed the plugin how I run revslider to view the slide feature of my images in the homepage?
Second as in the screenshots have many errors, do you believe rev slider cause all this errors or another thing?

I have deleted and still having errors. I will contact them for support, but it seems not only the rev slider causes the errors.

Actually, I have done what you have mentioned, but nothing changed and please read below what the host team support emailed me:

We suggest you to use the recommended PHP version which is PHP 7.3. However, you have to consider the plugins/themes if it is compatible with the current version we support.

I would inform you that I somehow managed to fix your website. Just try to disable the plugin that was preventing your main page to display.

The of the website was nothing to do with your 1&1 hosting. Its php version and file permissions was the problem. That might have work to somewhere else server but what you’ve with us is a shared hosting contract not a server.

Please check your website from you end and verify.

I’m using woocommerce version 3.5.1, but even I install newer verions this problem is not being solved, any recommendation will be much appreciated.

Hello Guys,
I hope somebody has experience in fatal errors codes could help me with my problem,
I’m facing an errors always once I login in my WordPress or even log out or using the dashboard, once I open the function.php file in my FTP and check all permission (write and read to 777) the fatal errors go, but after you do anything in dashboard or something again I get the same errors, the permission checks don’t stay as I edit always the 777 checks go and I need again to check them back, also I see the fatal in some pages, so once I check 777 write and read permission the fatal go, so I hope really somebody can help me with this.
