    nope, it does not help me or you guys

    getting rid of plugin due to force behavior of the plugin; lack of user responsiveness after one year of being aware of the issue

    good luck !

    it has no date for release

    do you know the release date?

    sounds like if you cannot follow and fix; then I am one additional step removed;

    I cannot help you and cannot help them;

    >>Note that the Lighthouse warning does not necessarily indicate a score penalty.<<

    it does not say that; is this your personal option or fact?

    >>Apparently Lighthouse may be misidentifying those scripts as being problematic and so you can see from the AMP core issue a linked Lighthouse issue that may address that on the next Lighthouse release. <<

    do you know when the next lighthouse release is due?

    so, are you getting any help from them to solve this ?

    our pages are in penalty box because of this…

    Thread Starter wn nj

    (@waseemnaikgmailcom)

    I am not sure what that means, but perhaps you are suggesting that the AMP plugin is not part of AMP core?

    if that is the case, then are you resolving it with AMP core ?

    and when do you expect light a resolution that does not penalize the website by pagespeed using your plugin ?

    Thread Starter wn nj

    (@waseemnaikgmailcom)

    that is good to know;

    however, I ran the test again, and the results remain the same:

    pagespeed continues to have problems with amp scripts for size;

    how can I help you improve the amp plugin ?

    >>Alternatively, the AMP plugin also has a settings area to input the required amp-analytics JSON for Google Analytics under AMP > Analytics. <<

    I do not know how to implement this; there are two parts to my google tags, <HEAD> page section injection and After the <BODY> tag

    the code that goes for Head section is:

    <!– Google Tag Manager –>
    <script>(function(w,d,s,l,i){w[l]=w[l]||[];w[l].push({‘gtm.start’:
    new Date().getTime(),event:’gtm.js’});var f=d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0],
    j=d.createElement(s),dl=l!=’dataLayer’?’&l=’+l:”;j.async=true;j.src=
    ‘https://www.googletagmanager.com/gtm.js?id=’+i+dl;f.parentNode.insertBefore(j,f);
    })(window,document,’script’,’dataLayer’,’GTM-WLC5B79′);</script>
    <!– End Google Tag Manager –>

    the code that goes into After the <BODY> tag is:

    <!– Google Tag Manager (noscript) –>
    <noscript><iframe src=”https://www.googletagmanager.com/ns.html?id=GTM-WLC5B79″
    height=”0″ width=”0″ style=”display:none;visibility:hidden”></iframe></noscript>
    <!– End Google Tag Manager (noscript) –>

    kindly advise how to implement this under the AMP plugin AMP Analytics Options?

    much obliged

    1. >>The Site Kit plugin is a great way to ensure Google tracking scripts/ tags (including those for Analytics) get applied to AMP pages appropriately. <<

    Site Kit wants to connect to a new Google Tag Workspace; would not open up to my existing workspace

    so, I created one and now as expected; I have two workspace(s), with all my tags, etc. in the first workspace;

    so, I tried to export from the first and import into second; I think it does not allow export / import from the same account, even if different workspace;

    kindly advise who to formulate the script from both sections because under AMP plugin,

    pagespeed is reporting this on amp

    and if lighthouse is an issue, that too is google’s own implementation;

    both are google teams;

    can they talk with each other and figure out the problem(s)?

    TIA

    thank you for your help;

    I have several ongoing issues with AMP and other plugins; but that has noting to do with this thread.

    so, marking it resolved for this thread alone.

    does the developer reply to this group?

    thanks

    incidentally, since you are keeping track of my postings; you should have already found out that footer putter has confirmed the issue and will provide a fix.

    now, please focus on the issues I have posted for AMP, including google page speed not linking your scripts;

    much obliged

    TIA
