i found after 3 days looking for the problem it was simple thing

and my own mistake the rules that i put was to apply for max 1.5kg

and in the product Weight (kg) i put in mistake 500

when i thought it was in grams so i changed to 0.5

well in my case it was wrong dns but in all there is no good guide to explain about it all and i want to do that step by step with all things that need to be checked.
