solved. i moved the code from functions.php to mu-plugins. this is all causing issue of becuse i rename the file and functions name

i started in functions.php and moved the code in mu-plugins by changing the name of the university-post-types to custom_post_types. if this is creating problem then what is the solution for now on?

Wrong file name function.php. It is Functions.php. Problem solved. ??

In style.css, I have given body { color: orange; } it is not showing me orange color for heading in index.php, it means style.css not loaded correctly. and I want to load boostrap.js file for footer and style.css must work correctly. Could somebody help me to solve the error?
