That is the ip address what is shown to you when you vist here:

https://www.whatismyipaddress.com/

Also, I highly recommand you use a sevice such as:

https://www.dyndns.com/services/dns/dyndns/

or https://www.no-ip.com/

This way instead of someone having to type in your ip address and sharing it with the world, you have a standard address like for example: war59312.servebeer.com

So when someone accesses war59312.servebeer.com they access my ip address.

The best thing about this is if your ip address changes that will not matter since your domain is always tied to your current ip address. ??

I use both plug-ins. I moderate all comments that are older than 30 days and then block all comments after 90. Works great!

Are you behind a router?

If so you must forward port 80 so that outsiders can view your web site.

For information on how to forward port 80 on your router see:

Choose your router and learn how to forward ports.

Also, what about a firewall? If so you also need to open it up on port 80.
