There must be a way to add a sticky menu on olsen light?

So if I bought the Pro Version what would be the benefits of it?

What does that mean? Sorry I am very new to WordPress.

I have tried to add that in the part of the plugin setting which says sticky element but it doesn’t seem to have worked?
