I know the customer claimed that they used both a PC and their phone when they experienced the issue. I believe the phone was a Samsung, but I don’t know the type. I’ve had some other people test it for me locally and the only people having problems are the people who live in the same city as my client. Those who did have problems only had them randomly, not every visit they made.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Order Accepted after Card is DeclinedI was unable to enable logging for their payment methods (which I suspect may be due to the way their store is set up). I went into one of the orders the client said came through with a declined card, though. The initial order note read “USA ePay payment failed Payment was rejected due to an error: ‘Declined Do Not Honor Card (05)’.”
The order came in as Pending and the client later changed it to Cancelled.

Then, in the product, there is a restriction placed to disable all UPS shipping options from the item. I’m assuming there is something like this in place on the backend (since the server wouldn’t let me add the zip file for this plugin because it already exists there).
I’m not sure if removing the UPS shipping instances is what is causing this issue, or if a different solution might be needed?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Shipping IssuesThere is a Shipping Class set up and labeled as Free Shipping. The product is listed under that shipping class and then there is a restriction on the product to exclude all UPS shipping method instances.

I think it was a PHP version issue? I finally found where to change that on the server and everything seems to be working.
