Can you please share a list of plugins currently installed on your site? A screenshot will do. I need to check which plugin has conflict with WP MyLinks. Also a screenshot of browser’s console log errors when you click the “Add Another Link” button will greatly help me in fixing the issue.

Thanks for using the plugin.

Since the plugin can only retrieve data from default WooCommerce data, it will not fetch any additional data made by some other plugins.
Booking/reservation/appointment plugins are using some additional data, probably with custom hooks, so this plugin will not retrieve the data since the hooks are not included in it.
I will make some updates to be able to fetch the complete data from other external plugins, so please be patient.

Thanks for using the plugin.

If you only want to display the WhatsApp button on Order Received page, then please just check the display checkbox on the Checkout settings tab. Then uncheck all options on Basic settings tab for the Single Product page, Shop and Cart settings tab.
Also, don’t forget to disable the WhatsApp button for specific single product, since every product editor has an option to display a WhatsApp button specifically.

I’m really sorry that the Assign a Number option is only applicable for the single product page of that product.

There’s currently no option to set a different number for a specific product that will also be applicable in the WhatsApp button under that specific product on Shop page/loop/archive page.

First of all, thanks for using the plugin.
As for now, WhatsApp itself doesn’t have that feature (to include a pre-selected image into the message via URL), so it’s not possible to create that feature through this plugin.
But if a URL included in the WhatsApp message has an open-graph image (og:image), the image associated with that URL will be included in the WhatsApp message.

As this is currently not possible, I’m marking this thread as solved.

Seems like it has a conflict with another plugin (like postman_email or something).

Please try to disable this option:
“Convert Phone Number into WhatsApp in Order Details?” under Miscellaneous inside Display Options settings tab and let me know what happen afterwards.

It’s also possible that the script is no longer compatible with new jQuery since WordPress v5.6.

I will try to fix it in the next update.
