This statement will restrict 716.877.9662 from other pages and will only be shown on home page

it is easier for you to download all the pictures at one and upload them

but as you said that it is happening with the new posts you add
so try reinstalling the theme

The problem is with your Apache server
some files have been missing in it which is causing this error to appear
so the best way is to uninstall the xampp and re-download and install xampp server

the problem will be solved
make sure to restart your system before re-installing the xampp software
