My solution: I started over and created a new template with the correct copyright info. I think the problem was that the newsletter editor had been reusing the same template for a few years, and that combined with the various updates rendered the template stuck in the past. Creating a new template solved the problem. I appreciate your time.
AwesomeScreenShot is pretty cool. Thank you for the prompt.

The “footer” also includes our Facebook link, so I obviously knew how to access it at some point. But, no longer.
At the bottom of a FORM (that I no longer use because I copy and paste into my email templates), I see this shortcode: <span data-font=”Courier New” class=”mailpoet-has-font” style=”font-family: Courier New”> </span>[mailpoet_form id=”14″] Might this be a clue?
Thank you for your patience.
Thank you for your prompt response. I tried attaching a png screenshot but it wasn’t accepted because it was a SCREENSHOT (as requested) and as such it was not associated with a url (because it was screenshot). The newsletters are password protected, because they are for members only, so that avenue is not available.
Please advise. I appreciate your help. The issue involves the default copyright/organization address footer. I do not know how to update the footer. Thank you.
I posted a similar query a few days ago — in my case, only some people are not receiving. I have not yet rec’d a response. Maybe one of us will get lucky.

In reply to: [MailPoet - Newsletters, Email Marketing, and Automation] AnchorsDear Mr. Ken Bower.
Not having access to “anchors” is well beyond an inconvenience. Any idea when this (frankly, essential) feature will be available?
Thank you,

MANY THANKS. I simply disabled (then removed) the Nice Navigation plugin and that solved the problem. I wasn’t using Nice Navigation anyway. Thank you.
TablePress is invaluable on my website. Thank you for your work and support.
Huh?

In reply to: [TablePress - Tables in WordPress made easy] Fatal error: Allowed memory sizeThanks, Tobias. It appears the problem likely is my available PHP. I have only 7.1 and will have to wait until later this year for when my hosting service makes 7.2 available to my shared-server plan. Table Press is an AWESOME app. Thank you.

Pop up says: “if you’re looking to paste rich content from Microsoft Word, try turning this option off. The editor will clean up text pasted from Word automatically” but gives no instruction on how to “try” to turn option off. Please advise.Forum: Fixing WordPress

Question: How does one enable wpautop function? Where is it found? How is it enabled?
Thanks

If you don’t have access to your admin area, you can switch to the default theme by renaming your current theme’s folder in wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using via FTP or SFTP or whatever file management application your host provides. Alternately, you can remove other themes except the default theme. That will force your site to use it.”
If I switch themes, won’t I lose all my formatting? I thought if I changed my theme, I couldn’t just “simply go back” to my original theme because everything would be lost. This is related to my question about deactivating WeaverPro. Doing either seems fatal to me. What don’t I understand?

In reply to: Fatal Error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceededAll plug-ins deactivated. Problem still exists. How do I deactivate WeaverPro? That sounds fatal to me. If I deactivate it, won’t my website go down?
Better yet, I have a complete backup from BEFORE the WeaverProII update. Maybe I should — what? Restore? I’ve never had to actually use a backup.
Further advise would be appreciated.
