Hi guys,

I can see that this option is available now but with issues.
It was working in the beginning but suddenly stop working.
Are you having the same issue?

Having the same issue in my dashboard.
I am using only the FB for Woocommerce plugin.

Pixel Helper:

Showing duplicated Page View, for ex:

1- PageView – Green Status

2- PageView – Warning Status

I am having the same issue regarding to [ct] value.
I have the plugin working fine in 2 websites, UK and IE, the problem one is in AUS website. I am currently based in IE and i believe is any issue with share location in the FB platform.

i am having the same issue with CT value.

Strange thing that i have 2 basically the same websites and there are no error in that.

I believe is any issue to location from FB platform. In the 2 working websites are local countries ( UK ), the issued one is in Australia.

Have you heard any news from FB?

The advanced matching value for [ct] is missing, or is formatted incorrectly.

The plugin is working fine in 2 another domains.

Once you have any update we will appreciate guys.
