If you want to completely remove all traces of the plugin, you should do a Purge All, and then uninstall the plugin.

If you have used image optimization, you should press the Destroy All Optimization Data button first. And then you can Purge All and Uninstall.

These steps will remove all traces of the LSCache plugin, without affecting the server.
