I just updated from 3.1.22 to 3.2.19 and the warnings have stopped in my PHP Error Log.

I’m the only admin of this site, and I have never used a nulled version.

I understand that the “intention” of the free version may be to NOT allow update notifications to be hidden . . . but I can replicate this behaviour over and over by de-activating and activating the Freesoul plugin.

If you say this feature is available in the PRO version, it seems quite likely that code has ended up in the free version from a simple logic standpoint.

How do I proceed from here, what is the refund policy on the PRO plugin if there is an issue that will not allow Freesoul to work correctly on my site?

I can buy the PRO version and share a very clear screencast and allow you access to the staging site once I am a PRO subscriber?

Support at HighLevel were able to get the connection reset for anyone that has this issue.

The shop is not live yet so I have no link I can share at this point. It requires a PW to view, and I have been warned about sharing or offering to share anything credentials related.

@sc0ttkclark I’m just looking at the utilization in New Relic . . . it doesn’t specify front end vs back end, just overall performance.

Every time I am having performance issues on the site, when I check NR I see Themer at the top of the slowest average call time.

When I saw the lead dev of Pods was taking a moment to ask about my problem, I wanted to make the process as easy and time efficient as possible, so of course I was happy to open the doors.

I will exclude all things credential-related in my posts moving forward.

@sc0ttkclark I only use the plugin on a particular page and it’s one of the lowest traffic parts of the site. The New Relic data is just showing the overall slowest call times over the last 30 days.

I don’t mind setting up an admin account for you and access to NR if you would like, just let me know where to send credentials.

Most of the plugins are premium well supported plugins, there are a few I can probably migrate out of there.

The site was running smooth for a year on PHP 8.1 and suddenly in the last couple of months the RAM has been getting punched in the face . . . fatal out of memory errors regularly.

It’s on a Platinum hosting plan with WPMU DEV and is not a high volume site (< 100K monthly page views)

The hosting is WPMU DEV, I submitted a ticket with admin credentials on the NeverSettle website.

@virteom I see you show this issue as resolved, we are having the same problem, what did you end up doing for a resolution?

That particular install is on a VPS with WPMU Dev which is not shared hosting, they use a managed version of Digital Ocean droplets for each website.

Oddly, I disabled all other plugins, the information was reported correctly, and after I activated the other plugins one by one the information was still being reported correctly.

If it happens again I will try disabling one by one until the error is corrected to get a better idea of which plugin could be causing the problem.

Refused to display ‘https://www.website.com/&#8217; in a frame because it set ‘X-Frame-Options’ to ‘sameorigin’.

One last step is you need to create a custom report in GA to view those new custom dimensions.

Search for “Find Custom Dimensions Report” and read from that point on.

To start tracking the authors, you need to set up custom dimensions in your Google Analytics:

You can add up to 20 in GA, these are the ones I normally add:

After you have GA set up to track those custom dimensions, you need to set up GAinWP to “tag” that information that is being sent to GA by going here on your site:

Just match each option in GAinWP to the number of the custom dimension in GA, for example mine are:
