It would be also nice if people made use of the “solved” function. Or at least take the effort to post back after their problem was solved. I often have the feeling people didn’t understand or it didn’t work and gave up after they don’t report back.

I believe I had this once on a site of mine after upgrading and reuploading solved it. I’m not sure though.

The upload folder should be /wp-content/uploads/.

Maybe reuploading your admin folder solves the problem. I would try that first.

Is this a theme you designed yourself?

Maybe at home the visual rich editor isn’t turned on? There are two place you need to check for that: in your profile under users, and under options -> writing.

Can you give us a link to your blog to check out?

Most of the time you can change this in your header.php template file.

There are two place in your stylesheet you might want to play with:

1)

margin: 0px 0 0;

}

2)

margin: 20px 20px 40px;
text-align: justify;
}

Try changing the values of the margins, width and padding.

Does it make a difference when you use <p style=”text-align: justify;”> ?

An easy solution would be to create a category “username” and make subcategories. Then the permalink could become /john/linux/ or so. Another option is to use one of the wordpress-multiblog solutions.
