@revolutionit I disabled and deleted all the other 3D viewer plugins (3D viewer by Visody, 3D viewer block and Easy 3D viewer) I had previously installed and then it started working again.

I’ve managed to solve it – it seems 3D Viewer was conflicting with some other plugin.
