You should contact the hosting provider to fix it for you, May be something wrong and hosting provider will fix

I usually use VPS and fix with the ssh command line

Let’s try add

define( 'WP_HOME', 'https://yoursite.com/' );
define( 'WP_SITEURL', 'https://yoursite.com/' );

to wp-config.php

You use VPS or Hosting?, You should set permission file to fix this error

I’m install WP-Optimize plugin and I think, I configured something wrong

And, My problem has been solved

1. Export 4 table DB in orther site (WordPress)

• wp_actionscheduler_actions
• wp_actionscheduler_claims
• wp_actionscheduler_groups
• wp_actionscheduler_logs

2. Open 4 file, search and replay change 4 file with

prefix_table_actionscheduler_actions

3. Import to site error

My problem has been solved,

1. Export table in orther site

wp_actionscheduler_claims
wp_actionscheduler_groups
wp_actionscheduler_logs
