Are both the dark mode plugins active?

Could you temporarily disable them. Can you then Wipe your settings in the Advanced tools and then authenticate your Google Drive again. Once you have set up your Google Drive again, you can then reactivate your security plugin.

I have installed your theme

I have activated various settings in WPO: https://snipboard.io/p5UNoy.jpg

I have gone to appearance >> customise >> widgets and I see the widgets do load for me: https://snipboard.io/Sv5oQw.jpg

The issue is not actually that the widgets are not loading, it looks like different number are being recognised as active on the page

When you navigate to other pages in your site through the customizer does the number of widgets active on the page change?

I am assuming your are looking at the home page for both of those screenshots that you provided?

You will also want to turn off the merging of JS and CSS in Minify >> Javascript and Minify CSS. Your site support http2 so it will be slowing it down.

It may also help with your current issue.

It looks like you are trying to connect to SFTP (not FTP). You can use FTP with the free version but SFTP is a premium feature.

It sounds like you are using the free plugin on a multisite?

The free plugin is not compatible with multisites, your backup will not be restorable. You will need to use the Premium plugin.
