Is the table created by a plugin, if so which is it?

This is not how the plugin works unfortunately. We are considering this for the future but at the moment you will always have multiple files

In the Advanced tools tab, wipe your settings.

Then, sign into the correct Google Drive account in another tab and then setup your Google Drive by following the onscreen instructions in the Settings tab.

The log can get large, particularly if you have a site with lots of plugins.

You can clear the clog by clicking “Clear now”in the Logs tab of the plugin: https://snipboard.io/fj7G1q.jpg

When restoring, are you download the backups and uploading them to the backup/restore tab.

If so can you try connecting your Google Drive and pressing the “rescan remote storage link” and restoring this way.

It sounds like the files might be corrupting when downloading them from Google Drive.

If this doesn’t help could you post the restoration log from the wp-content/updraft directory of your site using a tool such as pastebin.com

I notice that you are using a lite speed server.

Can you try adding the following to your .htaccess;

RewriteRule .* - [E=noabort:1]?

No, it should work on both sites.

Can you install the free plugin WP Crontrol and take a screen shot of your Cron Events. I don’t need to see all of them just the top few and they don’t need to be related to this plugin. It does need to be a screenshot and not the CSV export.

Are you getting any error messages?

Can you check this with your hosting

The plugin does not have this capability. It cannot remove other plugins.

I would check to see if your hosting has any clean up routines that may have removed your plugins but I can honestly say this was not the work of WPO.

If you are using the free version, it doesn’t support multisites so your backup will not be usable.
