Hello @mehdirhardisse,
It seems that your website is not hosted at Siteground, so please enable debugging in WordPress:
Debugging in WordPress
and provide us with the output from the debug.log file.
As an alternative, please check your php_errorlog file and provide us with any recent fatal errors that might have been logged.

Hello @suongmle,
I did not manage to replicate the mentioned issue on a fresh WordPress application with Woocommerce.
However, I would recommend you to try tweaking the frontend optimization options in our plugin and to check if there will be any difference:
https://siteground.com/tutorials/wordpress/speed-optimizer/frontend-optimization/
If this is the case, you can leave the particular setting disabled and still benefit from the rest of the features offered by our plugin.
If the issue persists, please feel free to submit a support ticket in your Client Area at Siteground.

VladimirHello @csoszitibor,
In case, you have already selected the mentioned option for a particular user:
“Do not challenge me for the next 30 days.”
the above can be reset via:
WP Dashboard > Security Optimizer > Login Security > Two-factor Authentication for Admin & Editors Users > “click here” to reset their 2-factor authentication
If you do not mark the checkbox next time, authentication code will be required each time you login.
As for the custom filter, it is not recommended to use different plugins with similar functionalities. I would advise you to review your other security plugin’s settings, so both plugins to work as expected. Have in mind that our Security Optimizer has “Custom Login URL” option that could be used if it is suitable to your setup:

Vladimir
Hello @zerge,
Enabling the option generates webp copies of all currently existing images and will keep generating such for new images uploaded from the media library.
In case, you deactivate the “Use WebP Images” option, this will delete all existing WebP files including images generated by the plugin and manually uploaded ones.

Vladimir

Hello @confusedneedhelp,
We monitor whether your browser has certain cookies and bypass the cache if they are present. For some, we monitor the value of the cookie while for others, just the cookie itself is enough. We would like also to clarify that pages containing personal data should be excluded by default, by referring to certain URL matches.
In order of us to have a better idea of the exact setup that you would like to achieve, please submit a support ticket in your Client Area at Siteground and we will be glad to help.

Hello @jwall567,
By default your WordPress login page can be accessed by anyone. You can use this functionality to allow access to the wp-admin only from your IP. If your users use a dynamic IP, then you can whitelist the range of possible IPs that their ISP may assign to them to avoid any problems accessing the mentioned login page.
You can discuss the case with the affected users and add their IP addresses in the list:
WordPress Dashboard > SG Security > Login security > Login Access > Configure.
In case, the issue persists, please submit a support ticket in your Client Area at Siteground and we will be glad to help.

Hello @leticia34 ,
When a Custom Login URL is set, it changes the default WordPress login URLs (/wp-admin, /wp-login.php) to the custom URL of your choice. When enabled, all requests to the default login addresses will be redirected to 404 Not Found.
If this is not the case, the issue could be caused by a plugin conflict. It usually occurs if there is another plugin setting up a different custom login URL – security plugins or plugins that customize your WordPress login page.
As for the mentioned warning message, if you have enabled user registration for your website you can change the default sign-up url(domain.com/wp-signup.php) as well.
In case, the issue persists, please submit a support ticket in your Client Area at Siteground and we will be glad to help.

Hello @jorgebachiller,
We make a copy of the original file and replace it on server level. All the information about it (i.e. title, alt tags, etc) which are crucial for the SEO remain the same since we do not modify your HTML code.
