My apologies, it was a mistake on my end.

Well something must have happened because all of a sudden the issue is fixed. I was changing the style sheet for another issue yesterday – I wonder if that affected things. I also deactivated and reactivated the KB plugin. Thank you for your assistance; we are all set now.

Hi Chad – thanks for replying. But is that really true? Below is the email I receive as an admin (I adjusted to remove the actual user/pw). It’s basically an exact copy of what the settings default for the members. Any thoughts on where else would it be coming from? Thanks

I’m having a problem with this plugin as well – the page cuts off maybe 1-2 letters on the right side of every line. I assume it’s a style-css issue, but I’m not really sure how to fix this.
