Hey Thierry,
I filed in feedback for our product team, as they are the ones that ultimately decide on new features and changes to our plugins.
Hopefully, the new sort will be something that you will be seeing in the future.
In the meantime is there anything else we can assist you with?
Cheers,
VladimirHey Thierry,
You can default it to sort it by availability as well.
Simply navigate to the wp-admin dashboard of your site, and tap on Appearance>>Customize>>WooCommerce>>Product Catalog, and set the default sort to be “By Availability“.
Could you please let me know if that does the trick for you?
Cheers,
VladimirHey Thierry,
Well, in a way, it does make sense, as when your product has 2 different variations, and if you can only choose one, you’d want to let the customers know that only a certain number of products with that variation is available.
Cheers,
VladimirHey Thiery,
Our plugins can sort by availability, however, as you noticed we only take the stock into account, nad not if backorders are allowed.
I’ll forward this to our Product team, and hopefully, this will be something we will implement in the future. ??
Is there anything else I can assist you with?
Cheers,
VladimirHey Thierry,
Vladimir here from SkyVerge, and I hope you are doing well.
Yup, in this case, you would need to manually manage and update stock at the product level. The reason for this is that the WooCommerce itself will count the largest variation stock level, as the product stock.
So if you aren’t to manage the stock at the product level, the available stock would be 2 in this case.
Could you please let me know if there is anything else we can help you with?
Cheers,

In reply to: [Braintree for WooCommerce Payment Gateway] 2020 PSD2 UpdatesHey Albin,
Vladimir here from SkyVerge, sorry for the late reply.:(
Yup, we are PSD2 compatible, so this shouldn’t worry you.
We are already compatible with 3DS2, which allows users to comply with PSD2 regulations in the EU, as Strong Customer Authentication is mandated, and requires 3DS2 to be supported.
Could you please let me know if there is anything else we can assist you with?

We are still not yet fully compliant with the GDPR but we are getting there slowly but surely. ??

Hi there,
I reviewed your support ticket, and indeed there were issues with the restore process. Well, the restore process worked, but some plugins were causing the issues after it, resulting in a broken CSS. This is something we should have been more explicit about in the ticket, and from that, we will learn.
I know you are disappointed, but you will happy to hear that the issue has been resolved.
The latest reply from Vuk explains the issue in a bit more detail, and I see that you already saw the reply. If you have anything else to add to that ticket, feel free to reply to it.
We actually take pride in our Support team, and all candidates undergo heavy training, so calling my colleagues and friends amateurs, is not something that suits them. Rest assured that they are always at their best, and “amateur” is not an adjective that describes them.
Now that the dust has settled, and the sun went down, let’s all think about this clear-headed, shall we?
Kind regards,
VladimirHey there,
The showing of the update inside the wp-admin dashboard was kind of a mistake from our side since this was supposed to be a silent update.
The update itself doesn’t contain any major improvements, and many users won’t be affected by it, and that is why we decided not to show it inside your ManageWP account.
The good news is that the plugin will update itself after some period of time, so you needn’t worry about anything.
Kind regards,
Hey Francis,
Could you please file in the ticket through your ManageWP dashboard with the information on which website you are experiencing this issue so that we can investigate this further?
Don’t worry, we’ll get to the bottom of this together.
Kind regards,

In reply to: I need to know causing my website to crashHi,
Also if the problem persists even after you have disabled all of the plugins, I would advise you to contact the support of your hosting client to see if maybe the problem is on their side.

In reply to: Landing page is messed up on different computerHi,
It would seem that your work computer doesn’t have css files included with the WordPress folder, if you are running the site locally.
If not, you might have the css feature turned off in browser.
You should activate it in developer tools (or similar, it depends on the browser). there you go to settings, and find something that’s saying “disable css” and if it’s selected, deselect it and refresh the page. There is a topic on stackoverflow, that might be able to help you out with that.

In reply to: Account Suspended?Hi,
If I understood correctly you are having problems with wordpress.com? If so, you should contact their support.
Wordpress and wordpress.com are two different entities, more about that can be found here.
