Regarding MySQL database backup you need to ask your hosting provider for the possible backup and restoration.

1. Login to cpanel (https://www.domain.com:2082)
2. Go to MySQL Server section.
3. Go to MySQL Account Maintenance
4. Search database.

Also, please try to do FTP after disabling installed Firewall in your local system.
