In reply to: [WP Customer Area] Presale questionHi,
As per the www.remarpro.com forum rules, we are not allowed to answer questions on the commercial add-ons here. Sorry.
Please post your question on https://wp-customerarea.com/support, we’ll be happy to answer there.
We indeed have a limited documentation on that add-on, sorry about that. But we will answer any question if you have any.

In reply to: [WP Customer Area] View PDF file inlineHi,
We have no particular code to force the browser to view the file instead of downloading it. Keep in mind that this is a browser setting that the user can force to ? download ? instead of ? view ? for any file type.
The enhanced files add-on will allow you to hint the browser to display the file instead of downloading it. This is all we can do.
Depending on your theme, WP Customer Area can be accessible from mobile too. Viewing PDF files on mobiles will depend on the apps installed on it (talking for Android, I don’t know about Apple)

In reply to: [WP Customer Area] PDF download issueHi
thanks for the report and investigation. I’ll have a look to see how this could affect other users.

Hi
You are right and on all our servers, what you describe cannot be reproduced.
You must be having a plugin or a theme which disables our security filters.
Please check that by disabling all other plugins and/or switching the theme to one of the defaults.
Once you find the one causing the issue, we can investigate to see why it causes the issue.

In reply to: [WP Customer Area] Login redirectHi
Do you see this problem with the base plugin and the default wordpress login form?
Have you tried to look for a conflict with another plugin or with your theme?

In reply to: [WP Customer Area] Updating an old versionHi
Jumping in a bit late, but as Mr. Stern said, support for commercial add-ons are handled on our website. We handle here (and there too) only questions about the base public plugin.
You can create a new user using the registration form on the forum, as your previous account had been lost.
