Hai dear welcome to wordpress support forum, actually i test out this child template and i activated it in some pages but i can edit it no issues here , my voucher codes uk website is rise like your issues so i checked and find a plugin need updation so i updated it then issue solved so i think you can update all plugins now or send me the screenshots of error showing
