Thanks for the advice. Im not sure how to backup wordpress files yet as I am a true newbie but I am sure there must be something on this site that will allow me to do so. I appreciate the advice and will take it seriously. Thank You again.

I dont get it. I installed the plugin and the chat window shows up on my website, but when a visitor starts a chat, how does it let me know that someone wants to chat with me? If Im in Florida and a client is in california and clicks the chat box and starts typing, how do I know/ How does it alert me that someone is trying to contact me?

Please help with this, I dont understand how this is supposed to function as a live chat when it doesnt seem to be able to contact me to let me know someone wants to chat.

I have looked in my plugins directory under scbn directory and there isnt a templates/defaults/process.php file. Any ideas? I have checked a few times and it isnt there. I also would like to get the Google wallet icon off because I do not use it.

Let me rephrase…

When I try to insert a .mp3 file into a page, i go to insert audio, I click on media library, I click on the file, click show and the link url field is empty.

Shouldnt it have a link url before I click on the audio player button?

The field is blank.

Any ideas?
