the exlaination in the provided link:
CURLE_PEER_FAILED_VERIFICATION (60)
The remote server’s SSL certificate or SSH fingerprint was deemed not OK. This error code has been unified with CURLE_SSL_CACERT since 7.62.0. Its previous value was 51.

When i request the url with curl from my server (Windows Server 2016) i get the following:

i was trying this:
1) deinstall matomo-plugin by removing plugin-directory
2) configure

define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
define( 'SCRIPT_DEBUG', true );
define( 'SAVEQUERIES', true );

3) trying to install the matomo
4) the installation fails with the foloowing message:

5) the debug.log-file was empty.
6) also in the windows eventviewer i couldn’t see anything.

do you have an idea?

thanks for your engagement and time – you were right! Sorry – my testing was not correct. So when i disable anything ( and press save ?? ) the map is shown.

On this i detected that the problem is the “Advanced Custom Field” plugin. When i disable just this integration the map is shown – but regardless of the consent.

Do you have an idea for this?

Even when i disable the Google Maps and all other integration and plugins under the integratiuon-page this error occurs.
Is there something still active in your plugin – even when there is any option off?

thanks for this.
1) no – there is no eMail send by WordPress.
2) for the next update i will enable WP_DEBUG and send you the result ??
3) .htaccess and the app directory (and files and subdirectories) are the only files in the plugin-directory.
4) when i unzip the plugin and install it then everythong works well ??
