I believe they are all on vacation. Nobody really cares about support requests here. Maybe time to leave some adjusted reviews.
Hello? Another 2 days no answer. Would you please consider supporting a customer who has a question about your product? Or do I ask too much?
Can I please have an answer?? Hello??
Thank you so much for your reply.
What we need is only sets of the same product. We have a product SKU 12345, and create a new product SKU 12345×5 that contains 5 x SKU 12345.
If someone orders 1 x SKU 12345×5, the stock quantity of SKU 12345 must be decreased by 5.
There shouldn’t be a stock value for SKU 12345×5 at all, since its stock only depends on the availability of SKU 12345.
Our customers are not seeing the bundle product SKU 12345×5 in WooCommerce and can not modify or even order it through WooCommerce. Only the parent product SKU 12345 is available in WooCommerce. The bundle product is only available on sales channels like Amazon or eBay, synchronized through a channel integration solution (Codisto) with WooCommerce.
All we need is to be able to create a product Ax5 from product A and a product Bx10 from product B. But inventory levels of products A and B need to be updated correctly as soon someone orders the products Ax5 or Bx10.
That means, the bundles (or however you will call it) are only internal, but not products available on the WC store front.
Which plugin would be the correct solution for us?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Who can help with Smart Coupons??Thank you. I already have the latest version 4.36 installed.
The WooCommerce support form is missing “Smart Coupons” in the list of supported plugins. The reason why I posted it in the public forum. Do you want me to select the Woo core plugin instead?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] found a bug – out-of-stock thresholdHi, the “Out of stock threshold” was set to 2. Therefore, every product with less than 3 items in stock was shown as “out of stock” to the visitor.
In an attempt to revert this, the “Out of stock threshold” was changed back to zero.
But all products with quantity 2 and 1 are still shown as “out of stock” to the visitor.
This has nothing to do with the setting for “low stock threshold” which works as expected and does not affect the stock status shown to the visitor.
I was able to update the affected products one by one, but changing the global value for “Out of stock threshold” back to zero did NOT work.
But it is not important. I just learned that I don’t need to add the tracking numbers anymore I actually had to add to 150+ older orders.
Thank you and don’t worry.
This forum doesn’t offer me to send you a file. Otherwise, I would have sent it already.
Thank you for the quick response. We are using this one for Canada Post:

In reply to: [WooCommerce] how to stock-in products (adding inventory)Hi @maykato
I am using ATUM already, but their stock editing features are difficult and not intuitive to use. To add inbound stock, one needs to create an inbound order first, and it takes extra steps to select products and then to add the quantity afterwards. Suuuuper difficult and time-consuming.
I ordered my custom plugin, which will give me easy and time-saving functions to add stock or to move it to a different warehouse etc.
WooCommerce should just give the option to add or withdraw stock quantity right within the product list instead of only letting me overwrite the current value after I opened the product to edit it. Many things in WC are far away from being convenient and time-saving, but I believe this is done in purpose to grant plugin developers more business.Okay, I purchased the premium version and installed it, but the customizer is a little disappointing. I expected a lot more options like for example font type and size selection and turning currency on or off.
It is not too bad either, but there is at least one thing that really bugs me:
If the price of a product is only 1 digit before the decimal, it appears together with the currency in the same line. If the price is 2 or more digits, the currency sits over the price and the price underneath. That looks ugly. How can this be changed? I hoped to be able to adjust the width of the rows or the font size. But this is obviously not possible.
Thank you.
Awesome, thank you. I will order it right away.
Hi,
thank you for your help. I wasn’t able to find this information when browsing and searching in your tutorials.
Unfortunately, this is too cumbersome, and not what I believe one would need on a daily basis. Too many steps with creating a new log, adding every product (but not being able to enter cost price and quantity in the same template), then editing every product again to change the quantity from 1 to whatever is required, then selecting the products again, and then finally click on increase or decrease. This would do the trick, but in a way that’s barely acceptable.
I already talked to a developer last night and I believe I better get my own plugin developed to simplify these processes. Efficiency is king. Your log is anything else than efficient.
But I will change my review since you showed me the function I was missing is actually there.
Best regards
VolkerNo this is useless. It doesn’t affect my inventory levels. I can, for example, select “customer return”, pick a random product and set the quantity to 100.
This product’s quantity should go up by 100, but it is not changing at all.
I select “Warehouse damage” and book 100, the quantity should go down by 100 but is not changing at all.
Why would I log changes in my inventory if they are not even affecting the inventory?
The thing is, that editing a product to change stock levels on product level is 1) not logging the process and 2) can mess up the inventory level if someone places an order exactly the moment between opening the product editor and saving the new inventory count. The 2 reasons why one NEVER updates inventory levels by editing the product.- This reply was modified 3 years, 8 months ago by volkerforster.
