You are not getting it. I believe I explained it. We never changed any setting on Cloudways’ Bot Protection settings. It has been active for as long as the feature is available.

The problem started the exact day when my paid Wordfence subscription ended, and the application switched to the free version. Therefore, I am accusing your company to have something changed that now bothers me a few times every day until I re-subscribe. I have any reason to believe this is the case, because of my first-handed experience.

But you did not explain why the problem only exist in your free version, but not with the paid version of Wordfence.

I am still waiting for an explanation.

Because for me it looks like a marketing move; and if it is indeed marketing-related, to sell your paid version, it would definitely ruin my trust in your company.

I have updated to WP 6.4.1 as soon it was available, but have the problem with the Stripe integration that payments can be done but status is not being returned and therefore, WooCommerce orders get stuck in “Payment pending” status.

We have this issue since yesterday, but I am unable to say if it came with the 6.4 or the 6.4.1 update. Either one.

I export my WooCommerce products including all meta fields. I open the exported file, and all the meta fields are still there. Then I opened phpMyAdmin for a double check, and yes, all the field were still there. I then deleted a whole bunch using phpMyAdmin, but I hoped for a much more comfortable way by using this plugin here.

I was just looking for some information why Afterpay or any of the other payment options that I have enabled with Stripe are not showing up on the WooCommerce checkout page. Your answer that I just found leaves me puzzled.
I just talked to the Stripe support and I was told that I need to talk to WC about the payment options.
Why the heck is WooCommerce development to incredibly sluggish when it comes to adding basic functionality? Do you have a mole in your team, receiving provision from Shopify for referring customers from WooCommerce?
But most of all, I need to know how to integrate the payment options we have set up with Stripe, with our WooCommerce store. We are not willing to add another plugin for every single additional payment option just because the developer of the official Stripe plugin is ignoring fundamental customer needs (like always).

It concerns me more that they don’t even think they should leave a statement here. How will they every find only 1 person installing this plugin again? Just because it is free doesn’t mean it wouldn’t require any support.

Hello, I have a new issue:

One of the recent updates must have rendered the widget useless. It is not opening when one clicks on it. I tried with Chrome and Edge browser. The mouse pointer changes to the finger symbol, but a click on the widget dies not do anything.

Besides that, the chat box on the widget settings page has moved out of place and is now sticking to the upper edge of the screen, covering parts of the menu.

I turned the widget off and back on again without any changes.

Okay, I added the context as recommended to the chat bot settings. How long will it take until it takes effect? Because it does not show any impact to the answers right away.
